Terms of Sale Agreement
Customer acknowledges full responsibility for placement of all Orders order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon.
Ana’s Bridal Boutique requires a 60% deposit for all Orders. Any deposits, whether in full or partial, are non-refundable or transferable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL Absolutely No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges of any Kind. All balances/remaining payments are due immediately upon arrival. Customers are Notified via Phone, Text, Email, Social Media upon arrival of gown.
PAYMENTS

I acknowledge that the first payment may be made in cash, check or credit card. Any future payments either 2nd, 3rd or Final are due/accepted in the form of Cash, Money Order, Certified Bank Check only. Once Notified
LATE FEE’S

I understand that a late fee charge will apply to any existing balance of $75.00 per week if not paid in full within 10 days of notification of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS/ STOCK ITEMS

I understand that orders CANNOT be canceled! Any Monies Deposit/Payments will be forfeited. If wedding or event is cancelled, and merchandise is no longer wanted. Customer is still responsible for any balance of merchandise remaining.

I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in “as is” condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be the customers responsibility. These gowns or accessories are Display pieces, runway pieces, overstocks, one of a kind. All items must be paid in full within 30 days of purchase or late fees will apply.
COLORS/SIZE

I agree with the color selected above, I understand that Ana's Bridal is not responsible for manufacturer dye lot variations. I understand if gown orders are placed on different dates or at different Locations color lots will be different. I have verified the color stated above, and once order is submitted Ana’s Bridal is not responsible for colors not ordered correctly by any person/party.

I the customer is responsible for completely understanding what is being specially ordered per customers request. Ana’s Bridal cannot honor anyone who may have assumptions or thoughts of color variations. Fabric’s do not match with other materials or objects

I understand/agree with the size selected above. I am responsible for Loss/Gain of weight. I acknowledge a size is recommended by an Ana's Bridal Sales Consultant, but the final decision is up to the Customer.

I understand all gowns are made with a 5’8 Length. Extra length is available if accepted at an additional cost.
ORDERS BY PHONE

I am acknowledged that Full Payments are required on all orders place via Phone or Email. Ana's Bridal is not responsible for incorrect measurements/information given to sales representative. Submitting your credit card information to Ana's Bridal the customer is assuming responsible for the order being placed. I the customer have been given all details of order by a sales representative of Ana’s Bridal at the time of the order.

I the Customer am agreeing to Ana’s Bridal Boutique terms and is authorizing in the form of an electronic signature.
SHIPPING/RUSH

I understand that all shipping details is stated at the time of purchase. All ship dates are Approximate by the Designer. Ana's Bridal is not responsible for shipping delays due to Natural Disasters, Shipper, Manufacturing Delays, Holidays etc.

I understand that Rush Fees may be required depending on Designer and timing of which the customer places the order. I understand any rush fees added will be my responsibility as the customer.

I acknowledge that orders can take up to 4-10 months for arrival on all Bridal, Bridesmaids, Mothers, Flower Girls, Special Occ. This is approximate production can vary and order can come sooner or later than expected.
ALTERATIONS/REPAIRS

I understand that Alterations/Repairs are not Included but that Ana’s Bridal offers Alteration services at an additional Charge. Alterations, Repairs & Steam are not included unless stated above.

Alterations/Repairs can be paid in the form of CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY!
